MATTRESSES and FOUNDATIONS
Your mattress is quality assured to be free from defect in material and workmanship. Your warranty begins the day of purchase. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase. This warranty provides you with specific rights. You may have additional rights which vary from state to state.
Body impressions on your mattress are normal and indicate that the cushioning layers are conforming to your body contours. Impressions up to 1.5 inches should be expected and are not a suggestion of structural failure.
Replacement or repair of your mattress will be done with the exact materials if available. If for some reason, the exact material is no longer available, material of equal or higher value will be used.
A quality bed frame and foundation is required for this warranty to be effective.
Soiled or unsanitary mattresses will not be serviced.
Buyer is responsible for return transportation costs.
During the warranty period replacement and repair costs are covered 100% for the first two years. 75% of the replacement or repair costs are covered from year 3 through 5. 50% of the replacement costs are covered from year 6 through15.
Mattress Toppers
Mattress Toppers are covered for five years with 1 year at 100% replacement and years 2 through 5 at 50%
RETURNS
Beds, mattresses and toppers are returnable under warranty conditions. Adjustable beds are serviced in the home by factory trained technicians. Contact us immediately if you are having problems of any kind with your bed, mattress or topper.
Pillows, mattress pads, and other accessories are returnable for any reason if kept in new condition in their original packaging. Please request a return merchandise authorization number. We will not accept returns without one.
